I love being a Delaware Engagement Photographer! Before the big day comes I get to spend a little time with my clients to get to know each other better during an engagement session. It also gives them a little practice time in front of the camera before the wedding day. Amelia & Isaac are getting married later this year. We met at the Governor’s Cafe and then hit the streets in downtown Dover stopping at various locations to shoot. We had a great time and got some great shots. Here are a few of my favorites from the day:

I love being a Delaware Engagement Photographer! Before the big day comes I get to spend a little time with my clients to get to know each other better during an engagement session. It also gives them a little practice time in front of the camera before the wedding day. Katt wanted to shoot at the John Dickinson Plantation in Dover & since I never shot there before I thought it was great. We met there on a Sunday, but the place was closed so we took a few shots at the front gate and made plans to come back the next week. Once it was open we were able to cruise around the plantation stopping at different locations to shoot. We had a great time and got some great shots. Here are a few of my favorites from the day:

I love being a Delaware Destination Wedding Photographer! I met Katie almost years ago to discuss her big day. She & Ricky are from Maryland and spend a lot of time in Delaware at the beach. They chose Baywood Greens as the location for their wedding. A good choice! We met again a few months later at Camden Yards in Baltimore to shoot their engagement session. When the big day finally arrived I met them at Baywood Greens and got to work with the getting ready and detail shots. We then headed out for a First Look by the fountain and then with the Bridal Party. The ceremony was beautiful and after all of the family photos were taken it was time for some alone time photos with the Bride & Groom. The last stop was the reception, which was an awesome party! I had a great time shooting these two and documenting their day for them. Here are some of my favorites from the day:

I love being a Delaware Engagement Photographer! The engagement session is a great time to get to know my clients and give them a little practice before the big day. Meet Katie & Dan. I met them at their house (actually a family compound) in Clayton for their engagement session. We walked around the grounds & shot in a few different places. It was a great day and we got some wonderful shots. Here are some of my favorites:

I love being a Maryland Wedding Photographer! I met Emily & Caleb at a Starbucks and knew they were going to be a super couple to photograph. I wasn’t wrong. We started at the Good Hope Presbyterian Church in Fulton, MD to shoot the details, the girls & guys, and to have a first look session. That was super cute! The ceremony was beautiful and afterwards we took care of the family photos. From there we headed up to the Baltimore Museum of Industry for the reception. That place was super cool! It was a pretty awesome night and it was my honor to document it for them. I can’t wait to shoot Caleb’s sister’s wedding later this year in D.C.! Here are some of my favorites from the day:

I love being a Delaware Engagement Photographer! It allows me to get to know my clients a little better by shooting an engagement session. It’s a practice day for the big day. I met Haley & Carl down at the waterfront in Delaware City for theirs. They also brought their handsome Boxer to get into some photos. Love that! We walked around for a little while, but really weren’t finding great locations to shoot so we jumped in the car and headed to Glasgow Park. After walking around we stumbled upon some guys practicing their L.A.R.P. (live action role playing). That was pretty cool so we shot in front of them battling. It was a good time and we had some fun. Can’t wait for their wedding later this year! Here are some of my favorite photos from the day:

I love being a Delaware Wedding Photographer! Especially when I get to have clients as nice as Stacy & Ricky. We met last year and shot their engagement photos then as well. Now the big day finally came around and it was time to get to work. I met the girls at the Holiday Inn in Harrington to get the detail shots and the Bride getting ready. From there we went over to the Harrington Fire Hall for the Ceremony. The Bride made a pit stop at the drug store for scissors to for an emergency dress alteration. lol

The ceremony was short and sweet and the reception was a lot of fun. Ricky is a police officer in Harrington and between there and Bridgeville, I think all the cops were at the wedding! lol Here are some of my favorites from the day:
