I love being a Delaware Engagement Photographer! It’s nice to spend a little time before a wedding to get to know a couple and go over what it’s going to be like on the busy wedding day, but without all the stress. Ryanne wanted a rustic setting for her engagement photos, but the place she liked was 2 hours away! That’s what I get for posting awesome photos! lol She ended up deciding on Brandywine Creek State Park in Delaware. It was nice, but it took about 4 miles of hiking before finding out that we could have skipped the hike and just shot out front of the park! lol We had a great time and the weather was nice for once, so all in all it was a good day. I can’t wait for the wedding!
I love being a Maryland Wedding Photographer! Maria & I found each other online and after some back and forth she decided to hire me. We shot their engagement session in Washington D.C. at Union Station which was awesome! Well, the wedding day finally came around and Maria was a little pregnant. Actually, she was a lot pregnant! Nonetheless, she was beautiful and the weather was cooperating for once. I met her at her mother’s house where I captured all of the details and the girls getting ready. From there we headed to the Trinity Church in Joppa. I was able to get the guys’ photos knocked out before the ceremony. Once the ceremony was finished and we took care of the family photos, we headed to Martin’s East in Baltimore for the reception. Somehow we ended up running an hour late, but the staff knocked it out of the park and the rest of the night was a blast!
I love being a Delaware Engagement Photographer! Especially when my clients want to go somewhere cool like Longwood Gardens!! Christine & Mike wanted to have their engagement photos taken at Longwood Gardens so I met them up there and got to work. It was a little crowded, but we were able to get some great shots. I’m really looking forward to the wedding!
I love being an Delaware Engagement photographer! Why? Because the next part is shooting the wedding! Engagement sessions are a great practice tool to see how the couple & I operate and see who’s a blinker, squinter, etc. Michelle found me a year ago or more to photograph her and her son Andrew. I was stoked when she contacted me about shooting her wedding! I met her & Andy in Lewes to get a game plan for the day and go over wedding details. From there we headed to Nassau Valley Vineyards in Lewes to capture some engagement/family photos. It was a little chilly, but we ended up with some wonderful photos. I cant’ wait to shoot the wedding!
Marlee is a trooper! It takes a lot of gumption to be the focus of attention in front of a male photographer, your husband, & your mother! I had a wonderful time capturing Marlee’s maternity shots for her and I love being a Delaware maternity photographer. We played around with some ideas she had and worked on some of mine as well. I think it went well. There’s even some private photos you can’t see! Here are some that you can:
I love being a Maryland Wedding Photographer! Shannon & Chris hired me to be their wedding photographer after finding me online and having a great first meeting. We shot the engagement session last fall & had a blast! I couldn’t wait for the wedding day to get here. When February finally rolled around the weather wasn’t completely nice to us. It was cold and we had light rain/snow most of the day. We still had a great time and even though we weren’t able to shoot outside, we got some really awesome pictures! They got ready at the Towson University Marriott in Towson, MD and then we headed to the St. Joseph Parish in Cockeysville. From there we hit the road again to get to the reception site: The Mansion at Valley Country Club. It’s a beautiful venue! The night was a blast and their friends & family were a hoot – even if they were from NJ. lol Here are some of my favorites from the night:
I love being a Delaware Family Photographer! Especially when my clients refer me new clients!! Meet the Duhadaways. Tami set up a family session with me before Christmas since her son would be home for a visit. We met at Lake Como in Smyrna. Time was tight and the weather wasn’t cooperating, but we got it done. Here are some of my favorites from the session:
